Welcome, Jinny Ruben
Archer Villages is excited to introduce Jinny Ruben as our new Resident Support Services Manager. Originally from New Zealand, Jinny has recently returned with her husband and youngest daughter after nearly 20 years in Vanuatu. A qualified occupational therapist and life coach, she brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for people to her new role.
As the Resident Support Services Manager, Jinny will oversee key areas such as wellbeing, chaplaincy, divisional therapy, and activity programs across all four of our villages. Her main focus is to ensure that every service and program we provide is not only effective but also meaningful and tailored to the needs of our residents. By championing the Thrive Program, Jinny aims to create an environment where residents lead active, fulfilling lives, supported by a dedicated team.
Throughout her career, Jinny has gained invaluable experience in leading workshops and offering one-on-one support, particularly in relationship building and personalised care. She is eager to bring fresh insights to our team and looks forward to enhancing the services we offer, always with the goal of improving resident experiences. Jinny is also committed to actively listening to feedback from both residents and staff to implement innovative ideas that strengthen our community.
We are thrilled to have Jinny on board and look forward to the positive impact she will undoubtedly have in helping Archer Villages continue to be a place where residents feel truly at home—just like family.
