Linrose Village is an independent-living village and provides an affordable living option compared to many retirement villages in the city. It is located on a bus route and near to Eastgate Mall and in close proximity to the Brighton and Sumner Coastline.

Archer Linrose offers the small village atmosphere with only 35 independent villas all with similar floor plans and internal access garaging and building completed all pretty much at the same time. A central community center is at the heart of the village with a happy sense of community and ‘looking out for each other’.
