Archer Beckenham Care Home & Clinical Hub offers all rooms as Premium. The exception of the Memory Support Wing, where Standard Rooms are available.
Note that all rooms are subject to availability at the time you choose to move into your selected accommodation.

Premium Rooms
Our care rooms offer more space and come with an ensuite and many have garden views and sunny outlooks.
There is a daily surcharge for Premium Rooms.
Starndard Rooms
(Memory Support Unit Only)
These rooms are priced to ensure the government rest home subsidy isn’t exceeded, meaning residents do not need to pay additional room fees themselves. They are readily available for new residents (subject to availability at the level of care needed).
A standard room typically includes a bed, bedside table, day chair, wardrobe, and heating, with a communal bathroom setup.
The Residential Care subsidy covers these accommodation fees.
