Welcoming Ash Sivan, Clinical Nurse Manager
We are pleased to welcome Ash Sivan as our new Clinical Nurse Manager.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a passion for supporting both residents and staff while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
In her role as Clinical Nurse Manager, Ash will lead our clinical team in ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care for all residents. She will focus on fostering collaboration across teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and providing support and guidance to our clinical staff.
Ash’s experience, knowledge, and leadership will be instrumental in helping us continue to provide outstanding care and achieve the best possible outcomes for those we serve.
Introducing Emma Adams, Relationship Manager
We are equally excited to welcome Emma Adams to the newly created position of Relationship Manager.
Emma will work across our villages with a focus on strengthening connections between residents, families, and our teams. Her role has been designed to ensure that everyone feels supported, informed, and valued throughout their experience with us.
Bringing exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a natural ability to build trusted relationships, Emma is well placed to enhance resident engagement and create meaningful connections across our communities. Her strong organisational skills and people-focused approach will help support residents and families while contributing to a positive and inclusive environment.
Emma is passionate about creating vibrant, connected communities, and we are confident she will make a significant contribution to resident experience and engagement.
