Nature watch at Archer Village
There’s always something happening around Retirement Villages. This week we have a baby seagull running around the place making lots of noise and learning to fly.
The parents are keeping a very close eye on it from the top of the Leisure Centre, feeding it and making sure it’s safe by bringing in reinforcements and dive-bombing anyone who gets too close.
The seagull has been checked out by a professional, so we just have to keep clear and watch as nature takes its course and the bird eventually takes off into the sky.
